John 39-41:
39 Jesus said, “For judgment I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind.”
40 Some Pharisees who were with him heard him say this and asked, “What? Are we blind too?”
41 Jesus said, “If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin; but now that you claim you can see, your guilt remains."

“Curiosity is gluttony. To see is to devour.”
― Victor Hugo, Les Misérables
Most of the time when I heard that verse in church, it was connected to the barbarians who live in the rain forests isolated and had never heard of the word of God.
The live and die without sin because sin to them is seemingly just failing bringing home the bacon.
But if you know better or claim to know better, then do it anyways - you're fuckin' up.

Finally decided to vote no.

If you were wondering about the sanctity of following Jesus, look no further than a virgin birth.
I got my moral compass from being raised christian, something like "imagine perfection then sacrifice only yourself to make it happen" is what I gathered through my indoctrination.
But I got my ability to rule by raising myself on metaphysics and strategy.
I fellowship with christians but the rest of the equation is an individual or extremely specific democratic pursuit.
