Quick Reminder that more Americans Voted for the Trump to not be president than the number of people that voted for him to.

So any manipulation in saying 'the american people elected him' is out of context.

if you're going to add context at least include the fact that population dense liberal bastions like California and the eastern seaboard carried Clinton in the popular vote.

States carried by Trump = 30

States carried by HRC = 20

we are the UNITED STATES, not some band called California and raisins.

Popular vote 62,984,828 65,853,514

Hillary received 3 million more votes.

That means literally 5 more percent of voters (over 3 million) voted for hillary than Trump.

5% of the population overall is 20million people.

So ya, More people did not vote for Trump.

Good thing there's an electoral college. And in case you didn't know, the electoral college are "Americans" also.

Exactly, the electoral colleges is part of the gerrymandering done in our system, essentially the major flaw in a first past the post system.

3 Million more people voted for a Democratic representative.

lol

an American State, is not an American People,

As the Senator Jordan is arguing

'the american people chose Trump'

That is in fact incorrect.

Nice strawman argument still, kinda funny.

"he might have knocked me out but i got more takedowns in the fight".

literally no one cares about the popular vote except losers who win it but still cant take the WH.

"the electoral college" is a term that could be interchanged with "the american people". the electoral college is a system designed to gauge the opinions of the american people geographically, rather than by simple popular vote. this was created by the founders to stop the same type of regional rule that happened in Europe and elsewhere where poor areas were given essentially no voice. its also the reason the Senate was created.

maybe u should read the Federalist papers. or a 4th grade social studies book with infographics. or stick to simple subtraction math if that's all you can muster.
