Gay liars like you go to hell twice.

The camera footage was dishonest.

The body cam showed Chauvin with his knee not on Floyd's neck.

not sure why you're perpetually stuck on this narrative tbh.

the idea that he was literally strangulated by Chauvin's knee has been known to be false for a long time now. and has transitioned to the question of Chauvin withholding care AND if the position he was held in (belly down) contributed to his death.

im baffled by the "he was on drugs" and "he wasnt on his neck" responses i read all over the internet, its textbook strawman slaying. or at least responding to the least informed lefties who still claim he was strangled.

The prosecution/Benjamin Crump said that Chauvin used a blood choke. Maybe you should talk to them.

Doctor who pronounced George Floyd dead: 'Oxygen deficiency' likely caused cardiac arrest

Dr. Bradford Wankhede Langenfeld, the emergency room doctor who pronounced George Floyd dead, testified that he believed asphyxia or "oxygen deficiency" was likely the cause of Floyd's cardiac arrest.

This does not accurate reflect what Langenfeld said. There were a series of questions that ended with him saying the word 'asphyxia'. But if you actually listened to the questions, they do not add up to the statement "he believed asphyxia was the cause of death".

should be a fairly simple talking point to counter in cross examination. meanwhile most of the other non-emotion driven testimony seems fairly tough to dispute. namely the doctor who pronounced him dead claiming delayed CPR rendered him an unsaveable case. within 10-30 seconds of going limp he should have been given CPR, or at least transitioned to check if he was indeed unconscious. it took paramedics arriving for that to happen. again i have to ask how many minutes Chauvin was prepared to stay atop an unconscious Floyd had paramedics not arrived at the scene.

all THAT quote is implying is the course of events went

drugs taken > ??????? > asphyxia > cardiac arrest > death

it doesnt mean the ???? = police action.

he should have been given CPR,

That wouldn't fit any breaking of law.

And Chauvin would have the easy excuse "I didn't want the family to sue me."

Doc who declared him dead "lack of oxygen".

There is literally no controversy. Guilty as charged

The trial should more or less be proving the cop is the cop in the video doing the murdering.

I killed him so the family doesn't Sue me is realistic cop logic.

Imho, Chauvin is incompetent and was in over his head. To me, it seems as if he just BSOD'd.

He was fueled by the bystanders hatred, which was satisfying for him to continue to knee because he knew in the back of his mind, he was getting back at them.

100% an ego play. Which is quite an expensive one, hope it's a min of 20 years
