Defense Opening Statement

The prosecutor for the trial appears to be using a bunch of SJW memes as evidence in his case.

The defense appears to be reenacting the incident from start to finish and pointing out all of the lies that the prosecutor told.

Lets hope the Jury is smart enough to acquit.

George Floyd was physically violent with the officers and at one point bashed his skull into the plexiglass inside the Police car. George Floyd has a wound on his nose that was bleeding as a result.

It took the strength of several police officers to keep George Floyd down, because George Floyd was repeatedly kicking his legs.

A fatal dose of fentanyl is a blood concentration of 10ng/mL. George Floyd had a blood concentration of 12ng/mL along with a cocktail of other methamphetamines.

When the police officers asked at the beginning of the encounter, George Floyd said "I HAVE NO DRUGS IN MY SYSTEM." So the police had no reason to believe he was overdosing.

Based on my very limited knowledge of the case, my guess is the murder charges won't stick.

But I'm not rooting for Chauvin to escape any legal accountability because I don't hate darkies.

This is a rare case where they have a good chance of conviction for murder.

Chauvin had a duty of care, and he grossly violated it.

Fentanyl levels are irrelevant.
