I think the evidence they presented speaks for itself, there was clearly fuckery afoot, if the exact details and extent aren't known.

They make some pretty direct claims of text messages, facebook pages, tweets and phone records that would all be verifiable and contradictable, and the Trayvon family lawyer responded with a big furious statement that carefully managed to avoid denying even a single specific claim from the complaint. That's whats called "Showing your hand".

certainly a possibility, but my easiest way to gauge these things is that if it were the case, the accused would have instantly denied such specifics
Take for example today with Adam Schiff explicitly denying that he subpoenaed John Solomon's phone records. That's not a bluff, he wouldn't say that unless he knew he could back it up, so we can deduce that the Solomon phone records he did get from subpoenas came only from those targeting people on the other side of the line- still getting the relevant metadata and texts no doubt and still posing a question of freedom of the press- but its word that can be taken at face value.

the allegation of Flim flam from the Zim zam made very specific claims- that Diamond left a letter acknowledging she was the person on the phone with Trayvon's mom and the mom hid the letter, and that the mom was in contact with both the real and fake girlfriend, and that audio was released from the real girlfriend under her real name which she signed (we have a picture of the signature), while the fake girlfriend was publicly tweeting about how Trayvon's mom was contacting her and calling her Trayvon's girlfriend. I don't see any way to explain those facts away if they're verifiable, and given ample opportunity to deny them, they instead just screamed "HE RACIS"
