In such a case, they could call the FBI or very quickly get an emergency injunction from a judge. In any case, it is unlikely that the local authorities would be the first to stumble across proof for an imminent terror operation of such proportion. And in the concrete case we're talking about here, there seemingly was no imminent threat whatsoever to justify the violation of due process.

A guy in a terrorist organisation that has multiple homicides that has planned terror attacks stockpiling weapons seems like a pretty imminent threat.

No I don't. Maybe you should take more time trying to understand what I'm saying, and you wouldn't think that. ^^

I said they weren't representative, not that they weren't Representatives. Check your translator please.

So then you aver that the solution is deprive everyone of their constitutional rights, on the off chance that someone might go haywire?

/e Do you REALLY want the most powerful country in the world to act like.... China?

Where exactly did I advocate against freedom of speech? Not that I should even have to ask, you should've supplied proof of your accusation, aka, due process.

When someone is a representatives in your congress i guess it's possible to just say he/she is a representative, simply.
Even a 10 years old retarded child could understand this.

Saying some one is "representative" means they represent (stand for) the feelings and desires of the country or institution, etc. Saying someone is a Representative, means they won an election and hold an office in the House of Representatives.
Not at all the same thing.

I... I haven't forgotten my posts, but it's fairly apparent that you have.

Don't think so. They should be barred from the United states though. Not AOC so much, but Omar... in a heartbeat... (with all due process ofc). Still waiting for the quote of what I've said that you're so incensed with.

/e I mean I'm pretty sure that you're not the type of person that runs around accusing people of things that you have no proof of.

P.S. Make sure you don't take something I have said out of context either.
