he's got charisma and wastes it on d-riding maga base. imo he came in a cycle too early, he could have run in 2028 as a fresh faced outsider who would carry on a maga legacy, assuming trump himself doesnt lose in 2024 and see another election in 2028. he's young, and has time, and it seems he wasted his best shot on a dead cycle.
Kinda similar to how Andrew Yang ran one or two cycles too early. Layoffs due to AI are just getting started.

as to christie, i dont hate his platform or experience, or even him personally, but the dude just looks gross. he can't get off the ground politically because he cant get off the ground physically. he fails the eye test. something about morbidly obese people just harkens corruption i think. he's a modern taft in appearance.
You may not like it, but this is what peak performance looks like:

curious to see if the market will rally on a trump win like 2016. price to earning ratios will be wild if so, i dont see any underlying value adders other than potential tax savings boosts. but afaik biden didnt torpedo those measures so idk.
Trump toning down the green agenda might boost the economy in the short term (more drilling, cheaper oil, less regulations, etc.)
