Theoretically, if he was overdosing he likely had respiratory depression.

Doesn't mean the officers dogpiling on him helped though.

It's a show trial because they don't buy your fake overdose narrative. Ok.

Even then, it's still a gross violation of the officers' duty of care. I can understand it if Chauvin and his colleagues didnt immediately respond to Floyd's "I cant breathe" and thought these pleas were just the usual antics. But ignoring it for a full 8 minutes? They can fuck right off...

Yea the topic that keeps getting ignored.
Is that part of the police' obligation is to protect people.. IE call for medical, Floyd was restrained etc. he was NOT going to barrel roll attack into bystanders and would of benefited from more "care"

I would bet if this was a white mass shooter they would have brought him an oxygen tank and some water

Video of the incident shows Floyd motionless for about four minutes while being restrained by police before paramedics arrived.

Not gonna rewatch the video but NYPost reporting Floyd was motionless for about 4 minutes. meaning Chauvin stayed on his neck, didnt move him to the recovery position, and did not administer CPR for 4 minutes, then only because paramedics arrived.

Had paramedics gotten hung up one has to ask how many more minutes Chauvin was willing to stay on a motionless Floyd. and did he honestly thing that a previously squirming and upset Floyd was playing possum for 4 straight minutes?

Chauvin really seems like a piece of work. textbook "you made my car messy now im gonna fuck u" cop reaction imo.

The camera footage was dishonest.

The body cam showed Chauvin with his knee not on Floyd's neck.

Imho, Chauvin is incompetent and was in over his head. To me, it seems as if he just BSOD'd.
