It's not drug dealers in the hood, it's established people in NY/DC who wouldn't be served well in fleeing the country.

If this was going to be low level campaign staff that misfiled financial records or something, they wouldn't be talking about arrests
Given the weissman, given the betting odds, its like 90%+ chance paul manafort, but also a chance to rope in some other figures from either side

Collusion isn't a charge
Manafort's most likely charge would be money laundering or failing to disclose or tax evasion or something similar for unrelated financial misdealings overseas in his pre-election lobbying career and foreign investment
Which wouldn't even be directly related to the 2016 election, let alone Trump or impeachment
