Nine more diplomats and national security officials — many of whom have already appeared to testify behind closed-doors — will testify publicly in the next week.

Tuesday, November 19:
State Department official and advisor to Vice President Mike Pence Jennifer Williams and Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, an expert on Eastern European affairs on the National Security Council will testify in the morning.
Former US special representative to Ukraine Kurt Volker and former NSC staffer Tim Morrison will testify publicly in the afternoon.
Wednesday, November 20:
US ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland will testify in the morning.
Pentagon official Laura Cooper— whose closed-door testimony on October 23 was stormed by a group of 30 GOP lawmakers — and Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs David Hale will appear in the afternoon.
Thursday, November 21:
Former NSC senior director for Russian and Eurasian affairs Fiona Hill will testify publicly before the committees.

From the stuff you refuse to read:

Vindman is one of the most significant and damaging witnesses to testify so far in the impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

Vindman has direct knowledge of the phone call at the center of the impeachment probe, and he confirmed that Trump engaged in a quid pro quo with Ukraine's president.
"It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where the gain would be for the president in investigating the son of a political opponent," he testified.

...

Vindman immediately flagged Trump's conversation to Eisenberg. But Eisenberg told Vindman not to tell anyone about what he'd heard on the phone call between Trump and Zelensky.

When Vindman told Eisenberg about the call, he testified that Eisenberg told him he "shouldn't talk to any other people" about it.

Amazing cant wait for public hearings next week! Have a good one :D

I'll tell ya what. YOU wait for the deja vu testimony next week. The lead US ambassador has already stated, under oath, that Trump didn't do anything wrong. Try to get your head around that.
This is the same ambassador that Trump removed from her position. A position she held with talent and aplomb for 33 years, and even SHE didn't claim he did anything wrong.

Does she have to slit her wrist for you? I mean... get a clue bro.

Yes its hearsay and for a whistleblower that is fine. If Tony tells you he killed his wife and shes been missing for 6 months your testimony is hearsay, but thats fine to get an investigation going, its not admissable in court but its fine to get a warrant to gather evidence.

No that's NOT true.

If Tony said he killed his wife, he's admitting to a crime. That's NOT hearsay. And it's totally admissible in court.

Did ALL of you skip Civics class? I mean... sheesh. :/

So when they try to get the name or investigate the whistleblower know that's just an effort to delegitimize the investigation into Trump. His/her testimony isnt acceptable as evidence and if the tip wasnt reasonable we wouldnt have trumps own staff saying they heard the same thing.

Tony can admit it under oath in court, but I cant testify that tony told me he did it because thats hearsay. And hearsay requires an exception in american court

Well, yes the whistleblower's testimony is hearsay and not admissible. That's true.

But Tony? admitting to killing his wife is not hearsay and is admissible. <---- This is the reason we have the 5th amendment btw.

Its only not hearsay if hes making the admission under oath. Me telling the court he admitted it is hearsay.

That's true.

None of these "witnesses" has been able to say that Trump, for a fact, engaged in quid pro quo. Every statement aside from Yovanovitch's has been hearsay. He said that he said that he said etc.

Yovanovitch was asked two very direct sets of questions.

Did Trump do anything wrong. A: NO.
Did Biden withhold $1 billion USD until Ukraine removed Shokin... A: YES.

There's no grey area here. No hearsay. She was asked if she knew these things, herself.

/e Nunes even commented after these answers that he didn't understand why she was even present on Friday.
