Afaik, they barely had any serious outbreaks so far, so "the highest number of infections ever" does not necessarily have to mean all that much in their particular case.
But yeah, like I discussed in great detail 2 or 3 days ago, the degree to which vaccinations prevent the spread seems to be below expectations and too low to reach anything close to herd immunity, no matter the vaccination rate. Hence, obsessing over incidences and the "you gotta get jabbed to protect those around you"-logic are both obsolete.
It's simply retarded people who bent over and took the two jabs and now wanna see others get it because they realized how retarded they are for even taking the jabs + masks on.
Just look how many people backed off from taking the 3rd booster when they realized Pfizer study only consisted of 23 persons and they went all in telling ppl they need the booster. With 3.5B$ profit in a year , i would too
