So if i shoot someone and post a picture of me standing over the body holding a gun along with a tagline "Ha take that textbook!" I should not be able to be arrested?

You have to fortnite dance over their dead body too to avoid arrest.

Taking a picture of the inside of a public building is now "shooting someone"?

It's telling that you aren't going to engage with his analogy, and instead make a really obvious strawman. Almost like you know you're not describing the situation accurately.

Rioting and attempting to overthrow an elected president is now "taking a photo in a public building"?

Wait, walking into an open public building and taking pictures is rioting?

This is interesting. When the same fools who defend actual violent BLM and Antifa rioters who've caused billions in property damage, killed dozens (hundreds?) of innocent people, occupied and created "autonomous" zones all across the US (open rebellion), start talking like a bunch of larpers are dangerous... Just LOL. And who was trying to overthrow a President? The sitting President on January 6th was Donald Trump. What a crock of nonsensical bullshit.

Lies and deflection, what else should i have expected?
They were trying to stop pence from signing over the presidency to biden.
It was not an "open public building" it was a crime scene.

Speaking of lies and bullshit...

The Senate was interrupted in the process of objections to the electoral count. Quite literally the only legal process remaining before a Trump loss was interrupted by those morons.

Doors on one side of the building were opened by police. Police were handing out water bottles and telling people to stay within the lines. People obeyed. Sounds like a massive riot, doesn't it?

Everyone agrees there were those who fought police, broke shit, and otherwise took actions that deserve charges. Those who walked into an open building, followed instructions, and took pictures, to your mind, are now worse than murderers?

Just LOL.

So the videos we have of them breaking down doors are what? Fabricated? How about the guy who illegally accessed congressional offices and took pictures?

Wait you think a building being open (due to it literally being forced open by a mob) means you are allowed to just waltz on in?

john sulluvins mob (who walk free) then the cops wave in the trumpers

What you just described isn't "just pics". What you described is posting pictures while claiming to have been on the scene. That's pretty different from just posting pictures you got elsewhere.

You are fundamentally misunderstanding the 5th amendment and due process. Self-incrimination is absolutely a thing. Nobody with even a cursory understanding of the law would ever say it isn't a thing. You have a right to not testify if you don't want to, but that doesn't mean your words can't be held against you, doesn't mean the infromation you make available you make public can't be held against you, and doesn't mean that things in plain view of the public can't be held against you. This is settled law under the "plain view doctrine" that if you have something publically facing that can be seen by the public at large it does not require any sort of warrant to be used as evidence, and the many exceptions to hearsay known as "admission against interest", meaning that your words can be used against you in court if they are a clear admission against your interests in the case.

unless your jayden x and his mob then it isnt
