Of course there are nazis in Ukraine, just like there are nazis in your mother Russia, or the US, UK etc
The key distinction is
to what extent, meaning 1) how many are there relative to the population size; and 2) how much power do they hold politically
On point 1), we know from membership of groups like Azov that there isn't many of them. Across all neo-nazi groups in Ukraine, there are under 20,000 members, relative to a population of 40 million
Regarding point 2), neo-nazi groups only receive 2-3% of the popular vote despite Ukraine being at war since 2014 which generally increases ultranationalism, so they are not a political force in Ukraine
