Are you high? Put the pipe down. I told you, go grab any of the videos from the 6th of January. Pull some screenshots. Post them to your social media with simple comments of, "Check the pics I took of the revolution!"

Do it. Show us that the pictures alone won't get you arrested. Feel free to post here the link once you've done so. :)

Lol “I’m at the revolution” nice you actually do know the problem. Just too drunk to admit your wrong. Cya

batshit bobb once again proving why he deserves his name. she got arrested "for taking photos" the same way a murderer gets arrested "for dropping a gun", lol. imagine being so wrong about something and at the same time having such a fragile ego, that you end up having to make such absurd "arguments", trying to defend your stupid claims...

Dunno. Grab some screenshots from some of the video, post them on your social media claiming you took the "pictures" on the 6th. Let's find out. :)

When you do not know the meaning of the word you are using, it's best not to use it. Hyperbole requires exaggerations, statements not meant to be taken seriously. My post is dead on accurate.

Further, if you're going to argue how or why a person was arrested, it's best to read the details. She was arrested in late February. She was arrested because the FBI was alerted of photos on her social media. The evidence used against her in court were the photos on her social media. What were the photos of? The capitol building, and the crowd inside.

So, quite literally, she was arrested for entering a building, taking pictures, and posting them online. Her claims were that the entrance of the building was already clear, aka it was an open building, she did not damage anything or hurt anyone, and that she was there for 10 minutes. There was no evidence presented that her account was false, and the prosecution did not contest it.

So, a woman was literally arrested for walking into an open building, taking pictures, and leaving. The evidence used against her was the pictures she took. And, voila. Anybody with a brain can point directly at you and say, "You asked for proof of somebody arrested for taking pictures. There it is."

Meanwhile, of over a thousand arrests in Portland over violent rioting, not a single person has gone to trial, and the few people still facing any charges at all are having their cases dismissed on an every other day basis, because the DA doesn't want to "enflame tensions". Enflame? Like what the rioters did when they were burning and looting businesses? When they attempted to set a federal courthouse on fire with people inside?

Now, I get that you don't care about justice in any way, only your political agenda. But if you want to waste all this time making incredibly stupid semantic arguments that're still WRONG, maybe you should take a vacation from the internet for a while. :)

wise words. bob's on a roll.
The law is a guise to keep an illusion of order so the unsuspecting populus fails to percieve the chaos that is controlling their everyday life. Living statues can't take pictures of idle statues?, it's a statute!

It's Gog & Magog pandemonium all around & though i don't drink I can see the appeal of dos equis during the vax attacks:

Wait you think a building being open (due to it literally being forced open by a mob) means you are allowed to just waltz on in?

What you just described isn't "just pics". What you described is posting pictures while claiming to have been on the scene. That's pretty different from just posting pictures you got elsewhere.

LOL, you're so fucking stupid it's almost not funny.

Self-incrimination is not a thing. Have you heard of the fifth amendment? Did the fucking FBI have a warrant to search the private pictures and words of this person to enter into court testimony?

Due process was not observed. Why was it not observed? Pictures. Why pictures? The pictures proved she was at a location on a day. So... Why was she arrested? Because she took pictures, and the 5th amendment doesn't apply the moment computers are involved. :)

You are fundamentally misunderstanding the 5th amendment and due process. Self-incrimination is absolutely a thing. Nobody with even a cursory understanding of the law would ever say it isn't a thing. You have a right to not testify if you don't want to, but that doesn't mean your words can't be held against you, doesn't mean the infromation you make available you make public can't be held against you, and doesn't mean that things in plain view of the public can't be held against you. This is settled law under the "plain view doctrine" that if you have something publically facing that can be seen by the public at large it does not require any sort of warrant to be used as evidence, and the many exceptions to hearsay known as "admission against interest", meaning that your words can be used against you in court if they are a clear admission against your interests in the case.
