Why the fuck was the national guard not deployed yet, in spite of the experience from last night?

during the LA riots they gave it wall to wall coverage and had helicopters with narrations watching people get beaten to death in the streets on live TV
there's a responsible middle ground where they can provide live reports to warn the public, without disclosing police movements

Minnesota is overwhelmingly white. We might be mostly Democrats, but white Democrats care about law and order too. I tale that to mean we don't care enough for the plight of the black man.

I actually missed a looting riot in Oshkosh a bit before I started my freshman year there. started because two large house parties were busted and then fire alarms were pulled in dorms. I remember thinking it was an insane story, pure carnage. and like a few cars got tipped over. this live coverage is pure insanity. literally no progress will come from this imo. I think im done being a Vikings fan, fuck Minneapolis. lol jk, if I didn't quit when Anderson missed the chip shot im never gonna give up on Skol.



but also to be fair the plight of a Minnesota black man isn't nearly as bad as almost any other state. if I was black guy it might just be the exact area id move to, only because of cali housing prices and seattle wierdos.

propane tanks apparently getting tossed into burning buildings. yeah.... somebody gon die tonight imo. this shit is getting wild af. cops must have gotten a stand down order, city left to burn now. maybe just sectioning off an area for protesters to focus their rage while natty guard sets up. lots of armed protesters.

News just showed a caravan of cops and national guard vehicles heading towards the 3rd precinct. Might be trying to clamp down.

chants of "burn it down" followed by "there's more of us than there are of them" said by protesters. said theyre willing to throw shit at cops/nat guard and eat bullets. this could be a BAD night.

Sprinkler systems appear to be woking well so far.

a veritable flood in that precinct. but what can u expect when the fires in the cement building are just garbage cans on fire full of paper.

honestly I fully support burning the precinct to the ground in comparison to businesses and homes. at least that's a sign to the cops not just random anger.
