I am not the one who excluded half the country from his search for a running mate based on their genitals, lol.
And that Harris rose the ranks of SanFran politics as a protege of the local power broker she was sleeping with at he time (Willie Brown) is simply a fact. Calling this fact out is not sexism. And yes, if a male candidate started his political career by sleeping with his boss or whatever, I'd call him out for "sleeping up" too. The fact that "sleeping up" occurs more often in a male > female setting than in a female > male setting doesnt make it sexism to be against it.
That's your perspective, but Biden's decision to pick a woman, which historically almost never happens, is inclusive. Particularly a black and Indian woman. Historically breaking two barriers. These symbolic gestures don't mean that much to me... at the same time, I'm not offended by them like the cult is.
I don't know if your talking point is true or not, but why exactly is it relevant? Is a person ruthlessly pursuing their interests in life suddenly wrong? Am I supposed to be way more offended if Kamala pursued relationships to gain power, than I am Trump or any other male politician doing the same thing in a different context? I honestly don't understand it. There's this sexist notion that women have to abide by entirely different standards than men to be relevant in politics. I don't accept it.
