If it was the nutty blocc crips you would be there cheering.

Not sure what "nutty blocc crips" are, but the exact reason due process HAS to be required in these cases, would apply to ANYONE that had their guns confiscated.

The US Constitution applies to ALL citizens in the US. If we start having case by case laws in this country, the country will cease to exist.

/e If we don't require due process before infringing on someone's rights, then soon, the powers that be will be infringing on EVERYONE's rights.
Maybe you think that would be a good idea for the most powerful country in the world, but I think it would turn out to be a disaster.

fallow the human lineage far enough back there was some sort of sex based debauchery that is just bread into us from the start regardless this is human nature , one of the basic bare bone aspect of being human is lust and war. where we all came from the strong survived (our ancestors), the weak perished simple as that.

Then the city of Seattle can go to the courts and file for the corresponding court order from a judge to confiscate this guy's guns. This way, a qualified person, namely a judge, will look at the case and decide whether the charges brought against this guy by the city warrant a step as drastic as depriving him of a constitutional right. And after the confiscation, the guy can formally appeal this decision and potentially get it reviewed by a higher court before the case is closed once and for all.

Again: the problem is not that the wrong person's guns were seized, the problem is that the confiscation happened in gross neglect of due process and would set a really dangerous precedent. A precedent which could also be exploited to violate the constitutional rights of all sorts of groups, including the good guys.

No I don't. Maybe you should take more time trying to understand what I'm saying, and you wouldn't think that. ^^

So then you aver that the solution is deprive everyone of their constitutional rights, on the off chance that someone might go haywire?

/e Do you REALLY want the most powerful country in the world to act like.... China?

In such a case, they could call the FBI or very quickly get an emergency injunction from a judge. In any case, it is unlikely that the local authorities would be the first to stumble across proof for an imminent terror operation of such proportion. And in the concrete case we're talking about here, there seemingly was no imminent threat whatsoever to justify the violation of due process.
