She was arrested because those pictures were evidence of her committing a crime.

She was arrested FOR being in a place she had no right being in.

So what you're saying is that if you posted those pictures claiming you took them, you would be arrested, because you posted pictures, correct?

So, as it turns out, she was arrested for taking pictures. Had she not published her pictures to social media, she would not have been arrested.

I agree that if she didn't post evidence of her committing a crime it's quite unlikely that she'd be arrested. If someone ELSE posted a picture of her there and she wasn't taking pictures...she still would have been arrested and charged with the exact same crime. Do you know why? Because she wasn't arrested FOR taking pictures.

If I murder someone and there's no evidence that I committed the crime, it's also unlikely that I'd be arrested. If I post a picture of myself with a bloody knife next to a dead body, I'm not arrested for taking a selfie.

Self-incrimination is not a thing. Have you heard of the fifth amendment? Did the fucking FBI have a warrant to search the private pictures and words of this person to enter into court testimony?

Due process was not observed. Why was it not observed? Pictures. Why pictures? The pictures proved she was at a location on a day. So... Why was she arrested? Because she took pictures, and the 5th amendment doesn't apply the moment computers are involved.

Are you high? Put the pipe down. I told you, go grab any of the videos from the 6th of January. Pull some screenshots. Post them to your social media with simple comments of, "Check the pics I took of the revolution!"
