That's what I mean though we need to be offering that olive branch and open up more exchange of culture between Russia and the 'West' and with people talking to each other they can find out they're not enemies and partake in a similar way of life. On top of it , you need to be at least 90% homogeneous and you cannot have internal conflicts between supporters from two sides.

There is a lot of intricate variables to consider really, Any absence of those will mean failure.

Why do you think the British Empire, Spanish, Dutch and the Americans were sp successful.

They did it when most of them were...white...Catholics...Christians.
Why were the Turks and Ottomans successful...they were Muslims and majority at least 90% sand people.

No, I mean literally we provided the gas centrifuges for the Russians to enrich Uranium.
The US State Department approved economic aid of providing both the machines and designs to the USSR.
They were built in Italy and Germany and shipped to the Soviet Union, a few months later Russia detonated its first Nuclear Weapon.

Oh, absolutely. It's an insane idea and wouldn't work. Particularly since the primary goal of the current US government with regard to the Ukraine war is getting out of it, whereas brokering a peace deal in the process is only a secondary goal. If Ukraine gave Trump such an easy and unchallengable justification for pulling all US support, he'd gladly take the opportunity. Even the war-weary currents in European politics would push hard for dropping Ukraine and "letting the ruble roll" again.

I just wanted to lay out why the calculus of such an attack might make sense given the worldview and priorities of desperate Ukrainian ultranationalists.
But then again... I, personally, don't think such a strike on the Vday parade is likely at all.

Ultranatiolists in Ukrainian case are plain neonazi. Nazi do nazi things, nobody would care if Ukraine would do anything on that day. Ukraine is in the right to attack or sabotage Russia. They were attacked and they are at war.
