This marks the first official Russian confirmation of North Korea's military involvement in the Ukraine conflict.

Estimates from various sources, including the Pentagon and South Korean intelligence, suggest that North Korea deployed between 10,000 and 14,000 troops to support Russia in Kursk. These troops reportedly suffered significant casualties, with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stating that over 3,000 North Korean soldiers were killed or wounded.

Nope, but we know that Trump wanted to talk to Zelensky, Macron came along but had to go alongside his chair. Trump had a long talk alone with Zelensky afterwards.

Looks like a very polite fuck off to me from Trump to Macron. He shields the space around the chair with his hands. Ignore the content of the video, concentrate at the footage after Macron greets Zelensky and how Trump puts his hand in-between. It is't a handshake but a shielding move like stay away.

Russia has announced in advance that Russia will observe a 3 day ceasefire between May 8-11th for the victory day anniversary
Unlike the easter ceasefire, this one is being announced 2 weeks away

It will be interesting to see what Ukraine will do during those 3 days. I like these little moves from Russia.

BBC (The voice of the US government, just to be clear! not an independent body): "When is a ceasefire a genuine attempt to secure peace? And when is it simply PR?".
