My bad, my first pass frame by frame and my second had 2 different results. Blast originated with the barrel of the tank, and you can see the "strike" in the group of soldiers. Oof.

"russia collusion" is a reference to a now debunked & disgraced lie by USA left-wingers & liberals, where they falsely claimed that Donald Trump was a "Russian agent", "colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election", "had Russian prostitutes pee on him in a Russian hotel & therefore was compromised by blackmail" (not kidding, this was really one of their claims)

is there any other interpretation of this or is this the totality of the claim?

my view is:

1. Donald Trump was not a Russian Agent. And he is not a Russian Agent, and any claims that he is are farcical.
2. Donald Trump hired people onto his team that had ties to Russia/Ukriane and they did bad things, in order for Donald Trump to be elected.
3. Donald Trump is a duck, and nothing sticks to him.
