This goes back to thoth in egypt or quetzalcoati in mayan/aztec culture or hermes in greek culture days or rama setus stone bridge. Pre-flood civilizations. Bunch of lost knowledge and tech from our ancient past. Back when we had multiple homo classes of humanoids that interbred with ea other. Wouldnt doubt monkey king sun wukong in chinese culture or hanuman in hindu culture. Crazy time periods probably after the igigis and enlil and little before gilgamesh days. Love the ancient history and culture during these times lol.
monkey king sun wukong.
This was actually originally from Hindu religion and culture. The Chinese have a very long historical exchange of culture with the Indians. Some even went to India for university education.
Buddhism was also spread from the Indian continent to China and from China to Korea and Japan.
So the Wukong myth was a story I think written in Tang Dynasty, but it has links to the Monkey God in Hinduism.
That being said the India in the past is very different from the India now.
300 to 400 years of British Colonialism have done a lot to them. Furthermore the influx of Islamism into the Indian continent also changed the dynamics of their culture.
Long story short , the Indians are neither here nor there at the moment. It's like keep some British Culture in a sense and keeping a huge amount of their own culture. Not exactly a good mix...
They're also not even a real country, it's just a collection of tribes who all speak a different language and all hate each other just like the free folk in Game of Thrones. The only reason it's a "country" now is because my ancestors went there and established a state. A state which immediately split up after we left lol, and still trying to split up now with the Khalistani tribe wanting independence.
I think around 200 different languages if I am not wrong. But they do use English as a working language in a sense especially in the middle, middle upper and upper class societies.
The other language that they used for the whole country would be Hindi I believe.
Tamil in the South I believe and Punjabi in the North.
