The horrendous numbers show the scale of ruzzia's defeat and Ukraine's amazing battlefield performance...
ruzzia has lost 32,810 killed and wounded in February—but captured only 120 sq km in all areas of the front (down from 350 sq km in January)
The February toll equals 270 ruzzian casualties per sq km gained. That's by far history's worst rate for any modern war. It's about 270 times the rate of WWI/WWII and 2,700 times the rate of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan
Ukraine has inflicted 168,950 ruzzian casualties since the Nov. 6 US election—20% of moscow's toll of the entire full-scale war

I have no doubt Russia continues to take heavy losses for minimal territorial gains. However, no side reports these numbers accurately. Somewhere in the middle lies the truth. I seem to remember at one point that that middle way consensus saw an average of a 2:3 casualty ratio between Ukraine and Russia, which checks out as Russia is the aggressor. TL;DR the war is a human catastrophe and no one side has the strength to end it with military power alone. A deal must be made now, because every single death at this point is pointless, and people who want the war to go on are savage, inhuman beasts who deserve to hang.
