The reason why EU/Ukraine has been left out of these talks is because these talks aren't just about the war in Ukraine. It's much more than that, it's about resetting US-Russian relations. Ukraine is a huge part of it but there's other aspects of it like the ME, like China, like de-dollarization/BRICS.

Ukraine/EU should and will be included in some but not all of these points. And frankly it's pretty ridiculous to think some irrelevant state (i.e. Ukraine) should be included in the room when the hegemon (the US) is trying to formulate a cohesive strategy with a geopolitical enemy across the globe.

Adversary, never enemy. The Biden Administration did everything they could to turn Russia into our enemy, but our enemy Russia is not. Do not bow to that reasoning.

Trump said it, "They were our ally, they were always our ally and trade partner, what did they do to us?" And it's true. Europeans are freaking out over a police action within Russia's sphere of influence.

How is that our problem?

Trump is really good at following Sun Tzu advice of keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Russia is and always was a key counterweight to China. Russia is able to impact the ME significantly (imagine if they started giving Iran highly advanced tech).

I think they are a geopolitical enemy but it doesn't have to be this way if we truly understand who the true threat to our hegemony is, which is China. Russia at best is a regional power trying to exert control over geopolitically irrelevant ex-soviet states like Ukraine, Belarus, Baltics. In the grand scheme of things those mean nothing for the US. It was dumb to try to get under their skin by going after these irrelevant states, when Russia's use to use is infinitely more valuable to counter China.

You've got it backwards. China was set up by Nixon under Henry Kissinger's plan as a counterweight to the Soviet Union. The problem is that after the Soviet Union fell, the Kissinger plan never stopped. They're still following it, faithfully, today. Except they aren't just sharing our tech and production methods. They're outsourcing our production to China. Meanwhile, Russia is not predisposed to work with China, yet they are, because we've blocked them out. The roll that we've fulfilled since the Soviet Union fell, of primary trade partner with Russia is shattered.

We turned Communist China into something even more powerful than the old USSR, and our Russian friends, who did NOTHING to harm the US or the people of the US, have been pushed into the arms of the Chinese. We are on the brink of a very bad eventuality. If Russia and China decide it's within their interest, they have the military might to create a united Asia. And it's all because some dumbshit faggot Europeans insisted "RUSSIA BAD! NOT ALLOWING BOLSHIVIK REVOLUTION TO TOPPLE EVERY NATION IN EASTEARN EUROPE MEANS YOU'RE A NAZI!" Forget the the fucking western Ukrainian Bolsheviks joined with the fucking Nazis during the invasion of Russia. How was Asov fucking formed, and how'd they earn their god damned lightning bolts?

Some days, when you already know what the motivations behind things are, it doesn't do well to harp on things that aren't our concern. Both Russia and China want to trade with us, on favorable terms. Europe tariffs the shit out of everything we have, and provides nothing of value. That's what it is. At this point, it'd be better for the US to join BRICS, drop the EU and NATO both, and try to bolster up our dollar.

After all the fucking assets the Europeans illegally seized from Russian citizens, not even government officials, without any cause, NOBODY is going to allow ANY system that allows those fucking retards control again.
