you really believe this BS?
Or you just like to make up shit like this to fit in with the other R?

https://www.politico.com/news/2021/04/19/capitol-riot-defendants-warren-483125

People who committed no violence or destruction were held without bail in solitary confinement. Even Elizabeth Warren, who labeled them terrorists, was 100% against holding them in solitary confinement without trial. Yes, this did happen.

There's also this: https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2021/jun/23/anna-morgan-lloyd-indiana-grandmother-sentenced-ca/

Literally went in for 10 minutes, snapped some pictures, and left. She was held in jail for 2 days but was able to get out until her trial, which netted her a fine, community service, and probation. The charge was parading in the capitol building.

This is a very stark contrast to rioters who literally looted and burned all over the nation, only for state prosecutors not to press charges. Many of those who were attacking the federal building in Portland Oregon, for instance, were arrested more than a dozen times, and the Prosecutor refused each time to file charges, so they were simply allowed to leave the next morning. This was after they literally tried to burn down a federal courthouse, burning the dozens of people inside alive. Thankfully those inside didn't allow the fire to spread, but that is absolutely attempted murder.

So, before asking if people are just making shit up, consider that there are groups of "protestors" who have literally gotten away with attempted murder, while other "protestors" have been arrested and charged for taking pictures. It's not a joke, it's not a myth.

I just did. Read the second article. She walked in, took pictures, left. As a result, she was charged with "parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol Building" and received a fine, community service, and three years of probation. She was arrested in February, spent two days in jail before posting bail (she was not one of those held without bail), and the only reason authorities even knew she was there? She posted the pictures she took on social media.

It does help when you read the articles. ;)

The family of a D.C. police officer who took his life in the weeks following the Jan. 6 insurrection has filed a lawsuit against a suspect who allegedly attacked the officer during the storming of the Capitol.

David Weber, who is representing the family of the late Officer Jeffrey Smith, on Friday filed a lawsuit against one alleged suspect and one suspect named "John Doe." The lawsuit claims that the alleged suspect hit the officer with a cane or crowbar.

"Officer Smith was in a particularly vulnerable situation because his face shield was up (leaving his face and eyes exposed)," reads the lawsuit, which was filed with the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.

The lawsuit says that the two suspects "targeted Officer Smith because his visor was in the upright position, making him vulnerable to this brutal and vicious attack."

According to The Washington Post, Weber gave the Metropolitan Police Department the name of the alleged suspect, who has not yet been charged with a crime.

In a statement to The Hill, a D.C. police spokesperson said, "We are aware and reviewing the current information at this time. The FBI serves as the primary investigative agency regarding the incidents that occurred on January 6th, and we will continue to support their investigations into this matter."

So she wasn't arrested for taking a picture. Your claim and copy+paste is false. Again.
Thanks,

She was arrested for taking pictures. Did she parade? There's no evidence. Did she demonstrate? There's no evidence. Did she picket? There's no evidence. What she did was walk into an open building, take pictures, and leave. What's more, she was not a wanted person or person of interest until the pictures she took went onto her social media.

Quite literally, she was arrested for taking and posting pictures. What she was charged with is not relevant. Had she not posted those pictures, she would not have been arrested in the first place. :)
