Ukrainian energy facilities got completely wiped out by Russian missiles carrying heavy HE warheads, not a hit or two by small drones.

I don't believe even one of those oil refineries got completely taken out after getting hit by a couple small drones and as far as I know satellite images have confirmed that.

This is not entirely accurate. If we consider the question of what Ukrainian fighters (particularly the neo-Nazis during the siege of Azovstal) ate while being surrounded for weeks, it becomes impossible to link this situation to the infamous Holodomor (a topic often emphasized by residents of western regions of Ukraine, which were under the control of the Republic of Poland at the time). The issue is not what a fighter was like before the hostilities began, but rather what condition they were in when they surrendered.

Refineries are huge, a successful Ukrainian attack on a Russian refinery doesn't mean that the entire facility is destroyed. Nor does damage to one part mean that the refinery will be out of operation indefinitely. In reality, the refinery will get repaired and come back online after a couple of weeks, a few months max.
