The last time I went down to Walmart, out of a thousand people in the store, there was precisely 1 without a mask. Are masks so ineffective that 1 person without a mask is going to infect the rest of life?

Also, if you're going to buy a new remote, is a independently owned video store that never has more than 3 customers at a time likely safer from a virus, or a supercenter with a thousand people walking the isles?
