The tunnels are all over the place. Also, bomb a tunnel or hideout only to realize it also served as storage for biological/chemical/nuclear weapons and you have yourself a huge problem.

The fact that it will be almost impossible to find out where are all of the WMD locations, and that it's suspected that they are pretty well distributed around the nation, is going to deter the abuse of airstrikes. If a war were to break out (which I'm sure it won't), it would for the most part be a painfully slow invasion by land.

Well of course we aren't gonna unknowingly bomb it like Russia would.. we would ofc gather intelligence then bomb the shit out of it :)

Good luck introducing spies in the most paranoid, secretive and isolated country on Earth; the US and SK have been trying that for 70 years to pretty much no avail. Of course it's not completely impossible, but the chances of getting enough useful information is so low that the US will never be able to rely on that.

Most North Koreans would join the foreign power if anyone attempted a coup on Supreme God Jong Un.

I think you underestimate the power of the regime's brainwashing. When people left the baltics during the rule of the USSR many reported being amazed at what the west was really like. For example - They were told that only a few rich people could afford to live and everyone else starved. When they saw how readily available food was they were astounded. NK is extremely insular. The regime controls information going in and out. It's highly likely that a large portion of the population is heavily indoctrinated in an anti-western ideology that portrays us as much worse than we actually are.

Koreans arent like Russians. They have an average IQ > 105. Majority of Koreans pretend to love Jong Un so that their families dont get assassinated. The administration knows that if a coup happens everyone in the government is going to have their heads on a pike.

Am I? If a simple sign of agreement I've made to another person's statement that you yourself disagree with makes me clueless, I'd hate to see your definition of someone that isn't clueless.

To elaborate ever so slightly, Scaly had a great point. Whether it was right or wrong is another thing. Based on your reaction, it seems fair to conclude you disagree, though I cannot say for sure. Obviously, given that I'm in agreement with him, I do feel it to have more truth to it than anything else. If I stated, however, that I felt what he said to be some sort of "absolute truth", and that all North Korean people feel that way, then yes, my being "clueless" would have more merit to it, though such is not the case.

You too, have a great point, with reference to your direct response to Scaly.

Can't say I fully agree to either one more than the other.

There's obviously many, many North Korean men, women, and children who likely view their leader as being some sort of "god", or supreme being, just as there's many who have remained level headed and retained their sanity in their view that Kim Jong Un is just a terribly deluded, chubby little man suffering greatly from little man's syndrome.

In the end, neither of you are really wrong.

Just my .25¢.
