Also I'm pretty sure that based on napkin math its provably impossible for an icbm to travel less than ~1000 miles because there are no current icbms that launch and reenter at a steep enough angle to make it remotely close to the distance kyiv is claiming, which was only from Astrakhan to Dnipro. I mean, you'd have to cut out the rockets on an icbm to make it fall that short if it wasn't angled stupidly up and down like a moon launch. Also the whole issue of bothering to ask why Russia would ever use an ICBM to do what an intermediate range missile does. Though I guess we also have to ask why Kyiv is bothering to make such a patently farcical claim

You are polish correct, i know there is a group of poles that want their territories back (due to hatred of bandera) . But even then I don´t think poland/hungary are interested in those territories, there is barely any poles in lwow.

- Third pard is what putin openly has said, he wants ukranians outside of the 4 oblasts.. so thats not really a surprise.

Anyhow highly unlikely, this would probably the worst case scenario for ukraine

What can I say, Russia is working hard to make Europeans dislike each other, that's why they put such maps and ideas.
Im sure Poland will not participate in Russia plan, but I'm not that sure for Hungary (Russia troyan horse in EU/NATO).
Borders are fixed for 80 years, this is like an eternity already.
I estimate that only like 2% Poles have fallen to russian antiukrainian propaganda.
Saying that Poland will take Lviv back is like saying that Italy will take London back (it was once part of Roman Empire).
A total fiction, something that has 0% chance to happen.

A leading Azov Movement figure Dmytro Kukharchuk posts a picture of himself on the steps of the Capitol. He was invited to meet congressmen by the US Helsinki Committee, a bipartisan congressional body that has become notorious in the course of Russo-Ukrainian war because of fomenting unhinged xenophobia in online infowar campaigns.

Maria Zakharova was at a press briefing interrupted by call that was audible and told her not to comment on the missile strike
Sure looks to me like a short/medium range ballistic missile, which still a big escalation, and probably a direct response to ATACAMS- if the US starts shooting 170m range missiles, Russia starts shooting 600m range missiles.

Vietnam has extradited Vasil Verameichyk, a former Kalinouski Regiment mercenary who fought in Ukraine. Unable to get a visa in Lithuania, he traveled visa-free to Vietnam, where he was detained & extradited on Nov 14 to Belarus. Vasil now faces 20+ years in prison or even the death penalty under Belarus laws for participating in conflicts as a mercenary.

Kinda looks like a mirv but who knows. I wonder if Ukraine will continue to cross russian red lines now.

“Maria Vladimirovna, don't comment on the claims about the Yuzhmash ICBM strike in Dnipro."
"Yes, of course."
"[now hushed] Maria Vladimirovna, please hold your phone closer to the microphone. I said DONT COMMENT ON THE——

Gave myself few days rest, came back and i am still baffled how this topic is full of russian apologetics and people still claiming russia is the victim here, or that "putin is wise to not take the bait" and some kind of blaming the west.

Guyse, it is very simple. russia attacked Ukraine, again after 2014, and after attacking Afghanistan, Georgia, Moldova, Chechnya and few more I probably forgot. Imperialistic army murdering and raping people. And you claim its Ukraine's fault. Mind blown at this logic.

Also, lets flip the script: russia shouldn't bark at NATO borders and threaten nuclear war, when their population density is like that

Russia fired an ICBM without a payload:

I'd count this as their final warning. These missiles enter the atmosphere with mach 20 speed and cannot be intercepted.

Ukraine confirms, the West is lying through the roof with their media that it wasn't a ICBM  Apparently, there were 7 missiles, 6 of which were intercepted. You can see in the surveillance video that nothing was intercepted..

EDIT:
Normally, RS - 26 Rubezh is for distances between 2000 - 6000km. The target was 800km away. They did that by altering the payload (making the rocket heavier). It might have been the test shot for the real deal to come with an actual warhead. It was also the first ICBM ever fired at a country during a war.
