No they are spreading, which is why Ukraine and Georgia are the targets. Whatever have been spread is already done and there is nothing Russia can do about it.

I can understand fully and let's be honest, it is well founded why NATO (lead by USA) wanted to spread and finish off Russia.

It has got nothing to do with the dictatorship / oppressive regime. Absolutely nothing to do with that. Has got nothing to do with human rights are democracy as well.

It's never been less obsolete, and we never needed it more than now. Ukraine clearly shows us what happens when russia can freely invade

I am pretty sure NATO got involved in breaking up Yugoslavia when Slobodan milosevic went on a cleansing spree in Kosovo back in the 90s.
