I do not bash on America but broadly the Ukraine crisis was caused by America, as was Iraq, and therefore my own view is it was a valid point re: Saddam; Putin.

but nato did not attack iraq, also, iraq doesn't have nukesferdia:
i'm talking about america, so it's validwhat?! you were the one who he replied to, and you specifically said
nato. his reply suggested he thinks
nato attacked iraq - which is wrong. so how can that be a valid point? you can't just pretend the previous context doesn't exist, especially if you're a crucial part of it. that makes no sense whatsoever...

When arguing that Nato will not attack your omitting the scenario where they do so to defend Finland. the way you are framing your responses your giving black and white with no caveats which is probably why Goomshill is disagreeing with you.
you two can try to reframe nato DEFENDING one of its members against russia as "attack" all you want, but that doesn't change the facts. nato will NOT attack russia, and pootin knows that. nato is a defensive military alliance, it does not attack sovereign nations. russia does. repeatedly. sorry if you can't agree to obvious historical facts. that's not being "black and white" on the issue, it's being right or wrong.
