Doesn't matter if it's Odessa or Zakarpattia, those people knew the body snatchers would come at some point. Of course you leave while you have the chance to. I see more and more Ukrainians, in my medium sized city in the US. Whole families, from all over, not just the east, good for them. Actually come to think of it, i have seen almost no people from east. Most have either been from Kiev region or western and central parts.

it is a bit surreal that there are two sides in the western world, with the majority wanting world war 3 and the minority seeking peace.

Only in early stage Idiocracy could media convince half the country that Trump's peace plan is "Putin's Victory" when it is Putin's victory that is actually Putin's victory. Paying in mountains of treasure and oceans of blood for some of Ukraine's land. To the winner go the spoils. Trump had no hand in the victory.
