I do think Russia should make concessions too, typically a peace treaty would have both sides making compromises since it likely would be a conditional surrender, not unconditional. Not conquering all of Ukraine is a concession - allowing Western Ukraine to exist as a rump state (if they go that route). Russia is trying to end the war, while Ukraine is trying to prolong the war. Using NK soldiers is a pragmatic solution towards ending the conflict since Ukrainians are less motivated to fight them.
