At the first days of the conflict these guys were Buryats, now they evolved into Koreans. Their Mega Evolution must be Chinese.

It's not Ukraine sending these poor North Korean souls to the meatgrinder, it's Russia. If you argue that the Ukrainian goverment should make concessions to prevent the needless death of their soldiers, then the same logic dictates that Russia should make concessions to prevent the needless death of these North Korean soldiers who are fighting on their behalf.

I do think Russia should make concessions too, typically a peace treaty would have both sides making compromises since it likely would be a conditional surrender, not unconditional. Not conquering all of Ukraine is a concession - allowing Western Ukraine to exist as a rump state (if they go that route). Russia is trying to end the war, while Ukraine is trying to prolong the war. Using NK soldiers is a pragmatic solution towards ending the conflict since Ukrainians are less motivated to fight them.

Foreign mercenaries disguised as Ukrainians have been fighting in Ukraine (and dying) since the start of the conflict.

Edit: And reportedly most of them left Ukraine if they were still alive after they found out they didn't even get paid to cover their expenses and were outgunned ten to one by the Russians.
