You had 1 time a day when you could go out for groceries for a limited amount of time, otherwise you'd get fined

They were authorised to use force on disobedient citizens that lived in those buildings.

Yeah, it's so sad to see what Australia has become. When everything is said and done, they will have incurred far more economic damage than the Europeans or North Americans who vaccinated quickly and didn't pursue an eradication strategy, plus huge social and politcal damage.
