so anyway

mass stabbing attack on a london bridge: 2 victims killed, several more injured, attacker detained by civilians when police approached, he revealed a (fake) bomb vest and was shot to death, presumably muslim terrorist
mass stabbing attack in the hague, at least 3 injured, police seeking "man aged 45-50, of north african descent and wearing a grey track suit"

according to witnesses, the guy in the videos who was standing over the jihadi was a good samaritan who was in fishmonger's hall, and hearing the commotion, grabbed a 5 ft narwhal tusk off the wall and used it to subdue the terrorist
its visible in the videos as what appears to be a white pole

LONDON (Reuters) - A man who stabbed two people to death in London and injured three more on Friday before being wrestled to the ground by bystanders, in what the authorities called a terrorist attack, had been convicted of an “Islamist terrorism-related offense”, The Times newspaper reported.

He was released from prison about a year ago after agreeing to wear an electronic tag, The Times said, citing unnamed government sources.
