I don't like presidents doing this sort of thing.

You can express sympathy with the victim and his family without weighing in on the merits of the prosecution.

That's their president lol... Imagine living in a world where that guy is the one representing your interest on a world stage. No wonder Murica is literally months/years away from being attacked by Russia,China (Maybe Canada since we're literally becoming Ally with China) and the rest of their coalition. Meanwhile America still believe racism exist and argue bout pronouns.

Agreed, Biden weighing in at this moment serves no purpose and only risks further division. I mean... even without him publicly speaking out, it wasn't exactly a secret where he stood on the case.

I think we have bases in like Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. I'm fine with a withdrawal provided that the Taliban doesn't do a complete takeover and allow terrorists to train in their country like they did prior to 9/11. We should also give air support to the Afghan government in case there is a humanitarian crisis due to the Taliban massacring people.

How many NATO troops are there now? A few thousand max? I don't think you need NATO boots on the ground IF you provide the current military with enough fire power. If the Taliban ends up ruling, we'll probably have to go back within the decade. This is why I support us staying there indefinitely.
