So I did some digging.

Infantmilitario is a pro Russian source that has access to high quality of that video (from a spotter? I haven’t seen HQ version posted anywhere).

He openly admits it’s x101 so I guess we can discard failed NASAMS version. They hit a building called “Охматдет, Отделение токсикологии, Корпус №3” based on pictures posted + satellite maps.

Im really not sure what was the thinking behind targeting this particular building. Looks really bad.

So the theory is that a 101 targeted an electrical substation and the resulting blast damaged that wing of the hospital.

I'm still not convinced it was a 101 and there's a very good chance that the image I posted was ai altered from the original video, skewing the image to look like a 101.

The blast damage ( if the hospital was the intended target) is more consistent with a pac missle (or any aa missle). There have been dozens of examples of patriots doing 180s so this isn't out of the question.
