the entire panic was mostly driven by the fear you'd kill grandma or someone who is fat, not as much fear for self. as well as asymptomatic transmittal.

the idea that fear for self is the key factor here is one of the main mistakes anti vaxxers make, that's A factor, it was never THE factor. it was always presented as the grandma/grandpa killer.

So what are you referencing? Because I can't find any indication from either the FDA or CDC that any tests are being revoked due to accuracy concerns, but because they are being replaced with superior technologies.
