Going back to men issue. This highlights Ukraine's struggle. Out of 38k draft dodgers in Dnipro since start of the year, police are only able to locate less than 15%. I would be curious what percent of people receiving the summons ignore it, don't expect that to be available.

Yup, this is because "friends" commitment is only about 1-2% of their potential, while Russia is "all in".
Democracies like UK need to please their own voters first, before helping others, especially since Ukraine is sadly not a nato member state.

Just as well Ukraine isn't throwing a thousand men per day into capturing abandoned villages.
Russia has the luxury of paying Cubans or Khazaks 2 thousand dollars a month to run the minefields in a blyatmobile.
30k a month is what I've read being brought into the Russian army in this way. A. they are completely untrained or experienced and B there morale is likely to be non existant after the first drones start landing.

I suppose if cannon fodder is the requirement then it's completely fine. But thus far Russia hasn't even retaken the areas it lost in its retreat from Kharkiv oblast.
That's with a 10 to 1 artillery advantage and apparently endless supply of meat to grind.

Any day now though the walls will close in. Day 817* thus far.
