imagine paying money to haul back the enemies vehicles just to convince your people you're on par with them.

make no mistake russia will still win this conflict in a sense in a war of attrition, but the cost is insane and just to send a message. they're still a wish.com superpower militarily.

Depends what you get hit by. If an armored vehicle cannot stop bullets better give up immediately.

Anyways those vehicles were meant to help the Ukrainians push all the way to the Sea of Azov and Crimea and now they're on display in Moscow.


Weapons orders? Quick refresher that you cannot print weapons and ammo ;)

Orders places right now will be fulfilled years later maybe even a decade later lol

How could they lose a land war on their borders where mass artillery is the deciding factor.

I don't know what's more boneheaded, starting project Ukraine in 2008 or to keep pursuing it in 2024 while seeing Ukraine getting wrecked.

to those who started it victory was never the goal. they have 2 goals:

1. force russia to overspend on a war that gains them very little

2. sell a lot of weapons, both to ukraine and the american tax payer

2008 or 2024. doesnt change either of those.

Russian morale seems to be at an all-time high these days.

The way started weary with protests against the war, but I think displays like this can turn public opinion around. Especially places like there that feel they have been victims of empires like the US and EU.

Between that and the slipping Ukranian morale, its hard to see this turning around at all.
