Genuine curiosity; no implications. Where do you get your world news information from?
From a large variety of sources. My go-to for Russia/Ukraine are the online versions of the bigh German newspapers (both of record and otherwise), although I'm fully aware that German MSM has a pro-Ukraine slant. Zeit/Welt/Sueddeutsche/FAZ/Focus, but also other, smaller ones.
With regard to US politics, it's a mix between ABC News, CNN, NYTimes, 538 (in the past)/the nate silver blog (more recently), and of course the whole right-wing media environment (particularly RRHelections and HotAir).
Regarding wider world news, I also regularly read stuff from British media like Telegraph, Guardian and the BBC.
Contrary to popular belief here on PaRD, I am not a sheepish victim of "right-wing media" which "poisoned my mind" or anything like that - in fact, roughly half of the time that I spend on reading about politics and world events is on sites from the opposing side of the political/ideological spectrum.
