you're correct my post wasnt framed correctly. my contention is that he should have been placed in the recovery position after being restrained before he went into cardiac arrest. question 1 should read does breathing more easily delay cardiac arrest.
and as he was all riled up, and remained riled up in his face down position, it could have led to his quickened cardiac arrest and death.
you're fighting a losing battle, im not for murder charges just negligence, a fairly soft and open stance which is in line with the ME report. you have a hard stance, that nothing the officers could have done would have helped or saved Floyd, which is in direct conflict with the ME report that was originally brought up because you lied about the tox report in it stating something it does not state, categorically.
fell on ur own sword really. but hey u got in a jab with the pre-post cardiac arrest bit, it really left a mark that will have me telling people "you should see the other guy".
Excited Delirium is the state he was in. It was drug induced. Seriously, I don't know why I need to point this out. I'm not happy he died, I'm not sad. It happened, move on. I don't think Chauvin could have prevented it, and I don't think he caused it. It's an opinion, yes?

Police kept away first responders. They should have just let him live rather than strangle him while keeping aid away.
What else could have happened? Yeah we break ribs to pump hearts.
What? The police called in the first responders. A random person in the crowd saying, "I'm a nurse" doesn't mean shit. The liability on the police to allow that person in would have been horrific. Where is the evidence that that woman showed proof that she was a medic?

Stop deepthroating your step dad after a fifth of vodka.
My stepfather beat me bloody for the first ten years of my life. Never speak of this again. I will hunt you down like a fucking dog. You've crossed a line.
