Whites already have the right to exclude blacks from their living spaces. You can exclude anybody from your private home for any reason.

I wonder if there are extra-legal ways to exclude them. For example, maybe shouting abuse at them any time they try to come into a white store. Maybe this will make the experience so uncomfortable that they won't want to attempt going near whites again.

You can personally do that but you'll run afoul of civil rights laws if you own the store, or be called a racist asshole and banned from somebody else's store if you don't.

You can even exclude blacks from your own store as long as it isn't open to the public. You can start a whites only social club, or private business that only accepts customers they explicitly invite beforehand.

Why would shouting racial abuse be against the laws? People are allowed to be mean/assholes.



If things continue the way they do, pretty soon the tide of public opinion will change, and most whites will see that they don't really want to share their society with minorities.


But I thought you said that private clubs still use public utilities, which minorities pay for, and therefore they can't discriminate either.
