Difficult to know what to make of it. On one hand it seems pretty clear that Russia is trying to make some sort of acoustic weapon. On the other there is simply no evidence that it a) exists or b ) actually works. Since Russia cant effectively invade a small post-colonial nation, I would assume the chances of them constructing spy weapons the likes of which have never been seen before on the planet to implement in Cuba are pretty low.


Another agression from Putin's fantastic regime, why they do this ? This is in line with their poisoning style, as simple as that. Long or short poisoning, to diminish, impair, or kill people. Fucking assassins.
