I would say yes.

so basically the expert is saying they are moving into position and it will take 1 week-ish and then serious fireworks. did anyone read that differently ?

I wonder if he idea is to ask Putin nicer to stop. Is that the policy?
or Ukraine should just en masse move to Poland to make Vlad happy? sounds like an angry hippie to me. If it's so easy to just sit down and talk, she should give the Kremlin a jingle.
