Can you explain the threat to Russia and Russians from NATO, or can you not?

This is very simple. We can either have a discussion or not based on whether you can explain your position, or not.

yes fine, ignore everything i said and go back to this point, which we already answered multiple times over the last two years. if you ask the same question and get the same answer every time, and still ask the same question, your insane. Ukraine is 1 step too far its as simple as that.

Ukraine is one step too far. Thats your explanation? You never give any actual substance when pushed, on anything.
Btw your rant about what you call "facts" is pure deflection.

And calling me insane is not an adequate defence of your position that you still refuse to give.

I'm fine with having differing views on this matter, but don't expect the narrative/framework for any discussion to be "this is all NATO's fault" When you can't actually back that up.
The truth used to be important but more and more people are in this Trumpian dystopia of controlling the narrative regardless of facts or truth. Weird.

One is a repressive regime torturing its political prisonners with electricity.
One needs to use tanks, to destroy residential buildings and kill its inhabitants, to detroy power grid in winter, and to commit war crimes... To "defend itself" ? I means what the fuck is wrong here looool

Figure out who gone "too far"

The adversarial relationship between Washington and Moscow prevented U.S. officials from sharing any information about the plot this month beyond what was necessary, out of fear Russian authorities might learn their intelligence sources or methods.

Sometime speculation turns out correct

you are literally ignoring all of the evidence which tells you that the US knew this was Russia's red line. I gave you a response, you didnt agree with it, honestly, thats not my problem. countries have red lines. yes its not fair, its called interests. to say one country can recognize a red line and another cant or does not have to is hypocritical.

You are intentionally avoiding explaining your position, why?

Are you suggesting NATO would be a conventional miltary threat to Russia? Eg invading Russia.

Yes or no?

If not, what is the threat NATO poses to Russians?

Russias red line seems to be Ukraine being a sovereign nation making their own decisions. If Russias red line was any nation existing apart from them, would you accept that red line as legitimate?

The truth as I see it is Russias geography and its maritime weakness. Specifically its naval bases in Syria and Crimea.
Losing control of these would essentially castrate Russias global reach across this region.

That is why they bent over backwards to keep Assad in power and annexed Crimea in 2014.

Doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different result, like arguing with prox1m1ty and expecting that he is well intentioned and not just trolling you.
