The stuff they knocked out was stuff that could be got back online. Destroying HPP's and dams is a lot more permanent and irreversible. They purposefully went half measure then when they could of knocked out all of Ukraine's HPP's causing serious chaos in the country. If they really were about maximizing pain to all including civilians all this infrastructure that remained online would have been gone.

They baited american keyhole satellites by launching tupolev bombers and migs. While American isr was distracted they then shot two of the world's most advanced scramjet hypersonic missles that are specifically designed to penetrate anti air batteries via plasma stealth . Russian persona satellite imagery claims that the building in question was a former command and control centre for the sbu but was decommissioned, however a few months ago the basement was renovated and a new air ventilation/purification system was installed. At 10:00 am (30 minutes before the attack) the Russians claim that a bunch of blacked out suvs with black (military) plates owned by the sbu/GSSSZIU rolled up and a bunch of glowies entered the basement.

In your picture that looks like the second stage booster from a missle, which is discarded in the terminal approach stage. If one of these things got intercepted there would be no pieces like that due to kinetic energy alone. That's either from another missle or a booster pack imo, however Ukraine claims that no patriots were destroyed (which I believe), the complex was abandoned and that they intercepted a zircon (doubtful)

Oh come on! Factories are big, produce a lot of heat and consume a lot of power. They also need constant supplies being delivered, and the goods they produce constantly being picked up.

Satellite imaging or drones with thermal imaging cameras should be able to detect them. Also, there are definitely hundreds, if not thousands, of Russian undercover spies operating in Ukraine. (Just like there are hundreds of undercover Ukrainian agents operating in Russia, blowing up refineries, arms factories etc.)
