Yeah I saw that warning, it was issued on March 7th or 8th I believe and then echoed by various western countries, considering it mentions a 48 hour time frame it isn't a smoking gun but it is pretty suspicious IMO.

I don't see the benefit to Russia in a false flag situation, I'm not sure what the public sentiment is towards the war in general but it doesn't seem antagonistic enough to warrant something so extreme. Will have to see what comes of it I suppose.

Gut feeling is Ukraine is behind it, with or without US approval but I'm not really confident in that opinion, waiting to see more info and what Russia does in response.

Naw we're in that dubious time period immediately after a terrorist attack / mass shooting / etc event where the media narratives run wild and people pretend to know exactly what the motive was before the blanks can be filled in.
Most likely scenarios are either Ukrainian gunmen or Chechen/ISIS gunman and they have wildly different implications, and in either case they could try to purposefully impersonate the other
