Dude, I'm of course not talking about mobilization after the invasion has already begun, I'm talking about pre-war preparations. As I've stated multiple times: Russia had been preparing this war since at least the summer of 2021. During this time, Putin should have begun mobilizing and training more troops, so that he has 500k troops ready to go in February 2022. The timeline would have worked out perfectly.

My point is just that massing this many troops on Ukraine's border would have tipped off his invasion plans and shattered any semblance of Western denialism. Many folks in the West burying their heads in the sand until the day his tanks started rolling across the Ukrainian border was a major strategic asset to Russia, one which he would have given away if he had struck with two or three times as many troops.




This seems to be a misunderstanding based on the language barrier. The phrase "yours truly" refers to oneself. I was taking a dig at myself because back in early Feb 2022, I was one of those idiots who thought Russia was just saber-rattling and that "Putin cannot possibly be foolish enough to invade".

Pretty sure they are fighting because they don't want parts of their country to become parts of Russia.
Its a far better cause than anything the US did in the Middle east bar removing Saddam, what followed was a mess.

Its a far great cause than getting 30k dollars to capture parts of Ukraine to make them parts of Russia.

if that was true .. Why do they have to capture Ukrainians to refill their ranks? If they took the peace deal offered by Russia They would still have more of Ukraine and more lives saved.. It is a proxy war American made pretty much.. You make fun of Russians elections but Ukraine don't even have any elections now.. Not even a democracy anymore.. What are they fighting for ?

Because,
A. Russia's population is/was around 3-4 times Ukraines pre-war population; So they will naturally have an easier time replenishing and rotating personnel. To match the equivalent force Ukraine has to draw further from its society and groups of people who would not otherwise be expected to serve.

B. War is hell.

They are fighting not to become part of the Russian federation. Idk if you missed this but 2 years ago Russia invaded Ukraine and attempted to seize all of its major central and eastern cities.

I didn't really make fun of the Russian election because by any stretch of the imagination its not an election.

Did Putin wake up one day and say ..Hmm Lets invade Ukraine i want it? Or was there more of a reason to invade, Like Nato pushing on his border ? Or do you believe Putin wants to rule the world starting with Ukraine? or do you just want to push Propaganda while knowing the truth of all the bs going on? Part of the brainfvckery for the elites?

I didn't say that. You said, I said that. What your doing is called straw manning.

I've explained in depth why I believe Putin invaded Ukraine. I've also debunked at length the narrative that NATO expansion was somehow a threat to Russians.

If you want to discuss anything, I'm open to that.
