Because according to your logic, we also need compelling interest in order to stop men from going into women's washrooms. But such is not the case.

If someone is actually challenging, then there is no "necessitating". It would just be reality, no longer a hypothetical.

I see what you are doing though. You realize that I have poked a hole in your argument, so now you pretend that you don't get my scenario.



And the fact you think that that's appropriate for kids tells me how depraved you and your people are.

All I'm saying is that if you want insight on how one might approach that hypothetical, you'd be better off asking someone who holds a desire for that change. I don't, and instead told you the kind of change (in an ideal world), that I would want. Communal bathrooms are weird, imo. Why people want to have pooping be a group experience is beyond me.
